  • We have expert lawyers who assist us in preparing various documents and processes including:
    • By-laws
    • Community Management Statements
  • Notices.
  • We co-ordinate and manage strata emergencies during business hours and after hours.
  • We administer all books, records and financials of the Owners Corporation and provide access to these documents at any time upon request of the owners.
  • We assist in managing disputes within our Owners Corporations and have experts available to provide advice.
  • Maintain keys registers and swipes.
  • Obtain quotes for repairs and maintenance.
  • We are an authorised representative of several insurers and brokers and work closely with our owners to get the best available pricing for insurance for buildings and office bearers.
  • We assist in the management of insurance claims.
  • Altitude Body Corporate & Management are a Licenced Strata Manager in New South Wales (Licence No: 1426530) and maintain all trust accounts in accordance with the relevant legislation.
  • We are Registered Managers in Victoria and manage all accounts in accordance with the relevant Legislation.
  • We can refer clients to several auditors if they require audits for their owner’s corporations.
