Section 184 (NSW) & Owners Corporation Certificates (VIC) can be requested here through our website. Your conveyancer will liaise with us when preparing your property for settlement.
Certificate Fees
Information required with the Certificate request are:
- Current Owner Name
- Property address
- Lot number
- Strata Plan/Owners Corporation Number
- Type of Certificate required
Certificates are typically obtained by your conveyancer. For certificates that are required urgently (1-2 business days), there is an urgency fee added to the certificate fee (please see certificate fees).
